These are my standard services. If you would like to discuss a different approach then please contact me and we can discuss available options.

Online 1-2-1 Counselling Session
Each individual counselling session is done remotely online. The session lasts for 50 minutes and is £55.

Online Couples Counselling Session
Each couples counselling session is done remotely online. The session lasts for 50 minutes and is £85.

Face-to-face 1-2-1 Counselling Session
Each individual counselling session is done in person at a location in Rochford. The session lasts for 50 minutes and is £65.

Face-to-face Couples Counselling Session
Each couples counselling session is done in person at a location in Rochford. The session lasts for 50 minutes and is £95.

Walk-and-talk Therapy
Each walk-and-talk session will take place locally in a location agreed upon. The session lasts for 50 minutes and is £60. This does require an initial 1-2-1 counselling session, either online or face-to-face (priced as above).
